• providers.csv and providers.json: 1237 providers across 6 care types, with id, category, name, address, city, town slug, county, phone, source, retrieval date, towns served and the category-specific facts.
• towns.json: all 351 Massachusetts municipalities with county, centroid, ASAP assignment, Council on Aging roster (where captured) and provider counts per care type.
• search-index.json: the client-side search index.

Schema

Each provider record carries id (stable; prefix shows the source), category, name, address, city, town_slug, zip, phone, county, lat/lon (facility coordinates for CMS nursing homes, town centroid otherwise), source, source_id, source_label, fetched_at, serves_towns and facts. Field names in facts follow the source dataset.
