If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it, and we will say where the correction came from.

For providers

Most facts shown (ratings, beds, certification dates, addresses) come from CMS or the Executive Office of Aging & Independence. If the public record is wrong, the fix has to happen there first: CMS facilities update through their state survey agency and the CMS Care Compare provider portal; assisted living residences through their EOAI certification contact. Once the source changes, this site follows on the next refresh. If we have mis-transcribed a public record, email hello@seniorcaremassachusetts.org with the page URL and the record id shown on it.

For readers

Closed facility, wrong phone number, a Council on Aging that moved: email hello@seniorcaremassachusetts.org with the page URL. Corrections are logged with the date and the source of the correction.

What we will not do

Remove a provider that is in the public record, add ratings or reviews that are not in the public record, or change a listing because a provider asked us to describe it differently.
