About this site

Senior Care Massachusetts is a free, public-record directory of senior care and services in Massachusetts.

Who runs it

The site is operated by Livindi, Inc., a Massachusetts company that makes a connected-care system for older adults living at home. We built the directory because the families who call us usually need a town's Council on Aging, the ASAP or a home health agency before they need anything we sell, and nobody had put that information in one place with the public record attached.

How Livindi appears here

Livindi is listed in one place: the "technology that fills the gap between visits" section of each Staying Home page, as one option among several, labeled as ours. It does not appear on provider pages, on care-type listings or on town pages, and no listing anywhere on the site is affected by that relationship. Every page on this site is meant to be useful with the Livindi mention removed.

Where the data comes from

See How we list providers. In short: CMS Care Compare for nursing homes, home health agencies and hospices; the Executive Office of Aging & Independence for certified assisted living residences and ASAP service areas; municipal websites and the Townbrief civic-data fleet for Councils on Aging. Nobody pays to be listed and nobody can pay to be removed.
